Der Mythus des XX. Jahrhunderts (The Myth of the Twentieth Century) by Alfred Rosenberg was the German racial best-seller in which he explained the racial superiority of Aryan Teutonic peoples. Der Mythus des XX. Jahrhunderts was second only to Mein Kampf in sales in Third Reich Germany, and Hitler awarded Rosenberg the Deutscher Nationalpreis für Kunst und Wissenschaft (German National Prize for Art and Science) for it on 30 January 1938.

This very anti-Semitic book contains Rosenberg's racial interpretation of history, concentrating on what he considered to be the negative influence of the Jewish race in contrast to the Aryan race. The book has its own Wikipedia page where anyone with an interest can find out in-depth information about the content.

It is from the 240-247 thousand edition dated 1944 when 2 million examples of Der Mythus des XX. Jahrhunderts were in print.
